

Treeside Consulting Group was formed in 2017 to meet the growing needs of organizations, teams, and leaders in a rapidly changing business environment.

TCG is led by Tyler Christesen, MBA. With over two decades of experience working with senior leaders across state and federal government agencies, international manufacturing, higher education, and health care, Tyler guides leaders to build better teams through purposeful leadership. He brings a passion for developing programs and interventions that support team culture, staff engagement, and the development of talent at all levels of an organization.
Tyler earned an MBA from the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University with a focus in Leadership and Managing Organizational Change. He is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and holds additional certifications in various assessment and coaching tools, including Korn Ferry 360 Assessments, DiSC, CliftonStrengths, Lean Methodology, and the Grove Team Performance Model.

The TCG team also consists of additional partners from both the private and public sectors who may be integrated depending on the project or task.
